What will my survey report cost ?

The normal cost of a Homebuyer Report ranges from £300 to £750 depending upon type and age of the property. The cost of the more detailed Building Survey ranges from £400 to £950.

How long does it take ?

A report can be ready between 3 to 5 working days from the time we are instructed.
