This is a clear and comprehensive report for houses, bungalows and flats which are conventional in type and construction and are in reasonable condition.

It is a concise report which covers all structural elements of the building both interior and exterior. A visual inspection is made of the services but no tests are undertaken. Comments are also made in relation to the site and substantial outbuildings. The Report focuses on significant defects and matters of urgent repair which in the surveyors' opinion may have an effect on the value of the property.
